Implementation: Sustainable Economic Vision
This resource document outlines the key elements and the five stages of implementation required that support the success of a sustainable economic vision at district level. The key elements that Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL) highlight in the document are foundation, such as regional planning documents and policy and regulatory frameworks, receptacle which is a multi-stakeholder institution as a forum for communication and decisions to align the goals. The other elements are mover, business actors involving various business scales in the supply chain and location, in the form of an integrated rural area.
The document then explains the five stages of implementation which are mapping potency, observation and validation into the field, design of the business model and institutions, implementation and model validation and expansion of the business scale. For each of these LTKL demonstrate what the final result of each stage should be, execution time as well as the required output.
Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (LTKL) is a district association based in Indonesia that collaboratively engages with multiple stakeholders at local, national, and global level to develop sustainable district recipes and success narratives. Over the past five years, following its debut in RSPO RT 2018, LTKL has dedicated efforts to steer districts towards a sustainable economy by fostering nature-based innovation.
