The panel was comprised of a formidable line-up of speakers and the general consensus was that there has been a mind shift over the past few years and progress made on landscape approaches; global companies must address not just their own supply chain but the environment around it at a landscape scale whilst taking a multi-stakeholder approach.
All companies rely on the planet and people, in particular those who live and work in forests, and one company alone cannot tackle the environmental and social challenges these landscapes are facing – companies must address challenges systemically.
