The first annual meeting of the Rural Development Committee of the Chapadinha Microregion (CDR) was held on February 10, 2026, in the municipality of Anapurus. The meeting brought together institutional representatives, strategic partners and members of regional governance, marking the beginning of the committee’s cycle of activities in the year and reaffirming the commitment to strengthening rural development in the Chapadinha micro-region.
The meeting was attended by Embrapa, whose presence reinforces the committee’s alignment with reference institutions in agricultural research and contributes to qualifying strategies aimed at strengthening regional agriculture.
During the meeting, strategic points for the advancement of the committee’s actions were discussed, with emphasis on the organization of the 2026 schedule of activities, the definition of the next stages of the development work in the territory, the inclusion of new partner institutions and the strengthening of regional governance. The importance of integrated action among members was also emphasized, aiming to increase the efficiency of actions and promote better results for producers and local communities.
The meeting consolidated the alignment between the members of the CDR and reaffirmed the commitment to structured and collaborative planning. The expectation is that, from this first meeting of the year, the planned actions will contribute to boosting the productive potential of the micro-region, promoting economic advances, institutional strengthening and sustainable development in rural areas.
